It goes without saying that these are challenging times for all of us. At MDR, we have responded by delivering the same unwavering commitment to high-quality, specialized MR imaging by condensing locations and expanding hours as needed. Now, as in the days leading up to this global pandemic, the relationship with our referring physicians/providers and patients are highly valued and we will continue to provide the same level of expertise from scheduling an MRI scan with ease, to providing professional and prompt reports from our experienced board-certified radiologists. We also continue to remain focused on health and well-being of patients we serve by maintaining and adhering to strict guidelines provided by the CDC intended to reduce the risk of exposure to the virus that causes COVID-19.
Patients are screened ahead of time to determine the safety and necessity of each scan.
Each work surfaces are cleaned and disinfected with EPA-approved products that kills the virus that causes COVID-19 between each patient.
The MDR Team practices preventive hygiene, such as frequently washing hands, wearing face masks, and practicing 6-feet social distancing.
The MDR Team participates in annual and mandatory infection prevention trainings as well as blood borne pathogen training.
The suites at MDR have been set up to ensure patients are at least 6-feet apart to adhere to social distancing guidelines set forth by local and federal governing bodies.
Facemasks, hand sanitizer, gloves, and tissues are provided to all patients for their safety and prevention of and contact with the virus that causes COVID-19.
